PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design of electrical control circuits incorporated into automation equipment. These options are widely varied in design and function, typically new and unique customer defined functions.
  • Design electrical control circuits using AutoCad 2D to support custom options developed. Review the functional requirements of the automated system and develop/design the control system for the option based on the requirements. 
  • Interface with suppliers and internal team members to develop the best electrical control solution. 
  • Update current automation control designs to support field modifications and updates to existing machining centers.

  •  Review SMT schedules daily to monitor cell output
  • Report order status in production meetings.  Accurately predict cell output within ½ day

  • Ensure that all applicable scrap parts are identified, sorted into bags and turned into Lead Material Handler, at the end of each shift
  • Monitor all rejected boards to identify failure trends, report findings to proper support personnel, i.e., machine repair, program repair, stencil support, etc.
  • Assist employees with verification and startups on all production orders within the cell
  • Co-ordinate daily responsibilities with Pre-Loaders
  • Troubleshoot & adjust/fix SMT machines as needed to restore proper operation
  • Log Run times and communicate target times to employees for the product they are working on and hold them accountable for their numbers

Kable Staffing is hiring Mig Welder for a GREAT customer of ours in Georgetown, KY.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct MIG welding on metal components according to project specifications and industry standards
  • Ensure welds meet or exceed established criteria for strength and precision
  • Accurately and efficiently assemble metal components based on project requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, dimensions, and welding requirements
  • Inspect metal parts pre-assembly to identify and rectify defects or imperfections
  • Uphold a commitment to delivering top-notch welds and finished products. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting
  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with expertise in welding various metals
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds with precision
  • Keen attention to detail with a dedication to producing accurate and flawless welds
