Lori has been in recruiting for over a year.
As a branch lead, she likes to create strong relationships with the people she works with and help those people find jobs!When she isn't helping people at work, hiking and kayaking is something Lori finds immense enjoyment from. She is also a plant mom and loves caring for her plants and propagating them at home!
Lauren's experience ranges from fulfillment centers and dock work to customer service and human resources. She has an enthusiastic approach and enjoys talking to people and trying to find solutions for challenges they may face in life and in the workforce. She looks forward to the next possible applicants and seeing what paths she can send them down to be successful and happy.
Outside work, she enjoys watching sports ("GO PATS"), and spending time with her family at the zoo, Kings' Island, or at home.

Davilmar has been in recruiting for over 2 years. He was referred by a recruiter who saw potential in him working in the staffing department, and he has enjoyed it since. Davilmar likes helping people find the right job and what a difference that can make as he can understand. His background is Warehouse work. From Assembly Line and Pick Packer, to Machine Operator, he understands the ins and outs of the warehouse!
A fun fact about Davilmar is though he has never worked in a restaurant, he enjoys trying new cuisines from different countries.

Her background is in a wide range of customer service roles which has provided a unique perspective that she brings to her role. This allows Liz to connect with clients, candidates, and her team effectively. She specializes in recruiting for light industrial, high-volume accounts to technical/killed roles, with a focus on finding the right match for both technical qualifications and company culture. What she enjoy most about staffing is the ability to build strong relationships and make a tangible difference in people's lives by helping them find meaningful employment.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys gardening, spending time with my family/friends, and playing card/board games which helps her stay balanced and brings fresh perspectives to her professional life.
