Referral Program: Any Associate referral that ultimately leads to the referred individual successfully completing one full week's work will lead to a Referral Bonus starting at $25.
Perfect Attendance Bonus: This incentive is paid each week when an Associate is not late, does not leave the assignment early and does not miss a scheduled day of work.
Assignment Completion Bonuses: Associates completing a long-term assignment (60 days+) or who gets hired by one of our customers will be eligible for this bonus ranging from $25 to $100.
Holiday & Vacation Pay: While other employment companies provide this type of reward only after 2000 hours (or not at all) we are pleased to offer this incentive after only 1200 hours of consecutive service in a calendar year.
Associate of the Month Award: Perfect attendance and outstanding performance reported through solicited feedback from our customers can lead Associates to this $100 award!
Optional Benefits: Other benefits that we can provide at the Associate's request are Health, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage programs through payroll deduction.
